For customers outside of New Zealand, all taxes, duties and Customs issues that arise are the customers full responsibility.
Supply of Product
We generally holds good stock of all products ready for dispatch within 2-3 days of receipt of order. However, our shell products are provided by Mother Nature and due to seasonal harvest or the high labour input needed to manufacture our merchandise, occasionally delays can occur. We will let you know of such a delay and provide you with the estimated time for obtaining the product.
Our ordering process is fully automated and payments
are made through PayPal in New Zealand Dollars.
Postage is automatically calculated for delivery for New Zealand and Australia.
If you live outside New Zealand or Australia and wish to purchase from our pages please contact us first.
